How do I participate in the pre-sale?

From 2023/1/7 to 2023/2/8, your order will be a pre-order as long as you do not choose to ship from EU warehouse or we are unable to ship to you from EU warehouse. We will compensate you with a 20% discount.

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order means that your order will not be processed immediately. Instead, we will porcess your order until the pre-sale mode ends( ends on 2023/2/8). This means that we cannot ship for you immediately, and please confirm that you can wait for this time before placing your order.

When your order will be shipped?

After the pre-sale mode ends, we will prepare your orders in chronological order, It usually takes 7 days. We will arrange the shipment from 2023/2/15.

What are the advantages of buying a pre-order item?

1. You can enjoy the biggest discount of 20% and there is no limit on the amount of the order.

2. You can have more time to think about whether the lamp is right for your house and what size and color you should choose.

When a delay occurs and why?

Our items are exclusive. For this reason, the manufacturing process requires several production and processing steps. The production sequence is linear, although mistakes may occur.

Can I cancel a pre-order item?

You can cancel the order at any time during the pre-order period.

Can I amend my order?

As long as the goods have not started to ship, you can modify your order information. However, once the goods are shipped, the order information cannot be changed. Therefore, if you have a request to modify your order, please make sure to let us know by email and website message.
