PRE-ORDER POLICY FAQ
What is a pre-order?
A pre-order is your opportunity to purchase a selection of products while our factory is on holiday. This means that the item is still in production at the time of ordering and will not be immediately available in our warehouse. This means that we cannot ship your order immediately, so please make sure you can wait before placing your order.
What are the advantages of buying a pre-order item?
1. You can enjoy the biggest discount of 20% OFF.
2. You can have more time to think about whether the lamp is right for your house and what size and color you should choose.
3. You can secure the size or item you want without having to worry about it selling out once it's in stock in our warehouse.
When a delay occurs and why?
Our items are exclusive. For this reason, the manufacturing process requires several production and processing steps. The production sequence is linear, although delay may occur. In the unlikely event of a delay, our Customer Service will get in contact with you as soon as possible.
Can I cancel a pre-order item?
You can cancel the order at any time during the pre-order period. Please refer to the Returns and Refunds Policy for more information on cancellation policies.
Can I amend my order?
Yes! You can change your order information ( such as colour, size, shipping address, phone number) within 24 hours. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be changed.
When my order will be shipped?
After the pre-sale period ends, we will prepare your orders in chronological order. It usually takes 4 days. We will arrange the shipment from 2025/2/17. If you have any questions, please contact us at [email protected].
