The details

Finish & light with form.

Do not treat them as one picture. Close-ups: lit slit, shell profile, disc from below.

Light from the slit

The 2700 K line leaves the gap and washes the wall. This is the tight view.

Shell in profile

Side view of the half-dome: depth, then the thin metal edge.

Lower cap

Lower half-cap in matte aluminium, a thin line above it, seen close.

In your space

Where the half-moon belongs.

The walls are warm plaster. The light is one downward pool.
