Construction Details

From Shade to Canopy

01 / CANOPY FINISH

Rounded metal canopy

The rounded canopy creates a clean ceiling transition and frames the glass shade.

02 / HAMMERED GLASS

Hammered texture

Irregular contours catch the room’s reflections, so the light from both bulbs appears softened rather than sharply direct.

03 / LOWER HARDWARE

Lower fitting

The lower metal fitting completes the fixture with a small, considered detail.

Hand-Hammered Glass

Visible Texture, Layered Light

Close-up, the hammered glass shows uneven facets and changing contours from one curve to the next. With the bulbs on, those variations break the illumination into a gentle layered glow; with the fixture off, the shade remains a sculptural ceiling detail in daylight.

Irregular by designSubtle differences in the glass surface add depth as the fixture is viewed from different parts of the room.

Softened illuminationThe textured shade interrupts direct glare and gives the light a quiet sense of movement overhead.

Scene Inspiration

For the connecting spaces

This close-to-ceiling fixture adds ambient light without taking over the rooms that link the home.

01 / ENTRYWAY

A welcoming entry

Soft glass reflections brighten the entry while the flush profile keeps the ceiling visually clear.

02 / HALLWAY

A brighter passage

In a hallway, the hammered shade adds texture and a warmer transition between adjoining rooms.

03 / LIVING ROOM

Detail in daylight

Even unlit, the hammered glass and chrome finish add texture to a sunlit sitting room.
