Cancel Policy
We support cancelling orders without reason within 2 days since you placed the order. If your order has already been shipped, your orders cannot be cancelled. As for the forcible cancellation of the order, you need to pay a shipping fee of this order.
Return Policy
We encourage you to go on a thorough check-up when you receive the package and make sure whether the items are the ones you have specified. If you are going to exchange/return the product, please make sure that they are in the original condition, unused, undamaged and in original package.
Shipping Policy
Orders has to be processed before it is shipped. The time you wait before receiving the package is made up of Processing Time and Shipping Time.
Processing Time: Within 14 working days

J'ai acheté cette lampe pour égayer mon salon et je l'adore. C'est une belle œuvre d'art qui fonctionne également comme une lampe, elle fait donc deux choses pour le prix d'une. Et j'adore le design. C'est un peu cher mais ça vaut chaque centime !
La suspension Melt est l'une des meilleures que j'ai jamais vues. Il a un beau design et la lumière produite est parfaite. Cette lampe vaut vraiment la peine d'être achetée!
